The role focuses on assessing financial analyses, reviewing investment materials, and enhancing the quality of AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI-generated analyses
- Review market sizing and Total Addressable Market (TAM) assessments
- Create and assess investment summaries, research reports, and investment memoranda
- Support Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM) creation and review
- Participate in due diligence processes and transaction-reputed company evaluations
- Review and process NDA and other legal documentation
- reputed company potential investment opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in Private Equity and/or Investment Banking at a top-tier firm
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Financial Modeling
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Market Sizing / TAM Analysis
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Investment Analysis, Investment Summaries, and Investment Memoranda
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: CIM Creation and Due Diligence
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: NDA and Legal Document Processing
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: Deal Sourcing
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and investment research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
