[Remote] Junior Data System Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nova Infotek is seeking a Junior Data System Analyst to join their growing team and help transform data into actionable business insights. The role involves gathering and analyzing business and system requirements, creating dashboards and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and support project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Support data collection, validation, cleansing, and reporting activities
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into functional requirements
- Create dashboards and reports using BI and visualization tool
- Assist in system testing, UAT, and issue tracking
- reputed company data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and process improvements
- Support database maintenance and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare process flows, documentation, and status reports
- Collaborate with technical and business teams for project delivery
Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Analysis concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational database
- Experience with reputed company (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of SDLC and system analysis concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with projects are encouraged to apply)
- Internship or academic project experience in analytics/data systems is a plus
