[Remote] Client Solutions - Legal Spend Management

They are seeking a Director to reputed company a client portfolio for their Managed reputed company Review solution, responsible for driving client reputed company and ensuring delivery of the full MBR value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage client relationships across an assigned portfolio
• Prepare and communicate reputed company analytics clearly to senior client stakeholders
• Deliver legal spend analytics (monthly, quarterly, annual, and reputed company)
• Drive client adoption and engagement through reputed company, training and analytics
• Maintain regular contact with key decision makers and stakeholders and reputed company stewardship meetings where appropriate
• Collaborate with the MBR team on day-to-day client requests, including attending status meetings and escalating service issues where appropriate
• reputed company client needs and objectives and collaborate cross-functionally to reputed company solutions and drive resolution of identified issues, escalating where needed
• Ensure client objectives are clearly documented and actively monitored for reputed company toward achievement
• Ensure timely approval of reputed company project documents, specifications, change requests, test results, and deliverables, while maintaining budget and timeline compliance
• Recommend improvements to the customer lifecycle and internal processes
• Partner with product and engineering teams on design and testing priorities
• Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track results, following escalation procedures where appropriate (stakeholder interviews, etc.)
• Stay reputed company on MBR products/services and industry trends
• Travel to client sites as needed

Skills

• Proficient in MS Office and/or reputed company Suite
• Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables and macros)
• Strong organizational skills to manage action items across 20 – 30 reputed company clients
• Skilled in building senior-level relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• reputed company in building customer relationships using remote communication tools (phone, video, web training)
• Practical knowledge of SQL and report writing
• Analytical, process-oriented reputed company
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; reputed company to simplify reputed company concepts
• Confident presenter and trainer for group sessions
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 3+ years of Experience in a customer-facing role in the reputed company Software Industry
• Preferred experience in either the legal, claims, or risk and insurance industry
