Responsibilities

- Balance executional rigor with strategic leadership, ensuring both near-term delivery and long-term sustainability of the workload model

- 8+ years' experience building high-performing teams

- Familiarity with workforce management processes and extensive knowledge of retail business operations
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or similar discipline
- MOST Certified
- 10+ years of total business experience
- 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and initiatives with a high degree of complexity
- 10+ years developing strategies to mobilize the business to reputed company goals and outcomes using innovative solutions
- 10+ years influencing with and without authority
- 10+ years leveraging data to support strategic plans and return on investment
- 10+ years' experience working with a team to prioritize work based on skills, needs, timelines, etc
- 10+ years' experience building high-performing teams
- 10+ years' experience engaging and inspiring a team to reputed company reputed company business outcomes together
- Knowledge of or certification in Lean Six reputed company practices a plus
- Familiarity with StandardsPro is a plus
- Master's degree preferred
