[Remote] KSOP Senior Administrator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a professional services firm specializing in reputed company-party retirement plan administration services. They are seeking a KSOP Senior Administrator who will manage reputed company aspects of retirement plan administration for an assigned group of plans, consult with plan sponsors, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of administration for an assigned reputed company of plans
- Consult with plan sponsors and advisors regarding plan reputed company matters
- Ability to read and interpret plan documents
- Calculate employer contributions (including cross-tested contributions)
- reputed company reputed company annual compliance testing
- Calculate and process refunds (including 415 refunds)
- Complete Form 5500, Form 5500-SFs, and Form 5330
- Assist clients with the correction of operational issues
Skills
- 5+ years of A-Z administration is required
- Experience working 'unbundled' with national daily recordkeeping platforms is required
- Experience with ASC, Relius, Datair, or FT Williams is required
- ESOP/KSOP knowledge is required
- Experience using reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-starter, details oriented, motivated
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
- Must be reputed company to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet reputed company
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Pension Pro is a plus, but not required
- QKA professional designation is desired or willingness to obtain
