They are seeking a Sales Professional to handle inbound calls, execute a sales process, and match consumers with financial solutions, earning commissions based on successful matches.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from consumers in search of personal loans or other financial solutions
• Execute an efficient, transactional sales process
• Manage personal pipeline and effectively reputed company reputed company towards key sales goals
• Utilize CRM system effectively, ensuring information entered is thorough and accurate
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee consumers receive exceptional service
• Maintain positive reputed company and morale by encouraging other sales representatives and being open to feedback
• Ensure accuracy in matching and transferring consumers to the proper financial product to reputed company and exceed monthly key performance indicators

Skills

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• 2+ years' experience in sales/customer service or other service industry experience
• Proven track record of consistently over-achieving in a variety of sales metrics
• Experience using reputed company Outlook and basic computer skills
• Highly self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic and “whatever it takes” attitude
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks while staying motivated
• History of success in a fast-paced sales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding time management skills
