[Remote] Senior reputed company Operations Analyst

Conversica is a profitable company specializing in AI-powered customer engagement, and they are seeking a self-driven and strategic Senior reputed company Operations Analyst to join their reputed company Operations team. This role is crucial for maintaining GTM systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting sales operations, and enhancing visibility into pipeline and reputed company performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary reputed company and CPQ admin, executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining documentation
- Own and evolve the reputed company Operations dashboard, surfacing key insights to Sales and Executive teams around pipeline, bookings, churn, and net ARR performance
- Support the weekly reputed company Growth Call through reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and preparation of recurring business metrics
- Build and maintain recurring and reputed company reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries like those used in board and reputed company presentations
- Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to: Streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, reputed company formatting, and sales order accuracy, and ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to reputed company recognition
- Intake and triage GTM systems-reputed company requests across the Sales, CS, and Finance orgs
- Identify and resolve reputed company/CPQ issues and reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives, including error reduction, automation, and documentation
- Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation
- Maintain high standards of data reputed company across reputed company GTM systems
Skills
- 5–7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Systems, or reputed company administration in a B2B SaaS environment
- reputed company Admin Certification required; reputed company App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification a plus
- Experience with reputed company CPQ, quoting workflows, and reputed company operations processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally
- Experience with GTM tool stack (e.g., reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, RingLead)
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and ARR reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights
- Bonus: Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for reputed company configuration
