The Business Operations & Strategy role involves partnering with leadership on financial planning, building decision-making frameworks, and leading cross-functional projects to optimize business operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff and CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and business operations, providing visibility into company performance and growth opportunities
- Build the models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that drive decision-making across the company, identifying opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
- Evaluate build-vs-buy reputed company through market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessment, delivering clear recommendations to leadership
- Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes that reputed company the business to grow reputed company alongside the technology
- reputed company reputed company, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution (e.g., evaluating new market entry strategies, optimizing customer pipelines, or structuring vendor opportunities)

Skills
- 1-3+ years in consulting, investment banking, or other analytical/strategy roles
- Advanced reputed company skills; financial modeling is reputed company
- Comfortable building dashboards and doing lightweight data analysis
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping anything
- Clear, concise written communicator; can produce a clean report or memo with minimal editing
- Thrives in ambiguity; can take an unclear ask and turn it into a finished work product with minimal hand-holding
- High ownership, low ego: no task is beneath you if it moves the company reputed company
- Bias for action: you move fast, follow through, and default to doing rather than waiting
- Experience at a startup or early-stage company is a plus
