[Remote] Site IT Support Analyst I

They are seeking a Site IT Support Analyst I to provide direct technical support to employees, manage computer systems, and ensure the reputed company and functionality of IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Responds to employee questions in person and reputed company phone on reputed company company supported applications
• Determines reputed company of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
• Serves as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues
• Manages backup, reputed company, and user help systems
• Consults with users to assess computing needs and system requirements
• Plans, coordinates, and implements reputed company measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure
• Installs and tests of new products and improvements to computer systems
• Train users and answer questions
• Provides staff and users with assistance solving computer reputed company problems, such as malfunctions and program problems
• Determines computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system
• Diagnoses hardware and software problems and replaces defective components
• Performs data backups and disaster recovery operations
• Maintains and administers computer networks and reputed company computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and reputed company configurations
• Plans, coordinates, and implements network reputed company measures to protect data, software, and hardware
• Provides server support and maintenance; uses various utilities to administer users, printers, and services
• Maintains various records and documentation for department computer systems

Skills

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems or any reputed company field
• Minimum of 2+ years of reputed company IT experience
• Knowledge of the functions and operations of computers, reputed company computer software, and of local area networks (LANs), including hardware/software installation
• Knowledge of a variety of hardware, operating systems, and reputed company software used by reputed company departments
• Knowledge of reputed company Sever 2019 in the Active Directory environment
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems such as Window 10 & 11, AS/400
• Knowledge of reputed company Office 365
• Knowledge of cabling, network hardware, and configuration
• Knowledge of office equipment to include printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Ability to analyze and resolve user needs and problems
• Ability to communicate on technical issues with individuals with varying degrees of computer familiarity
• Ability to instruct others in the use of computerized information systems and software
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with reputed company departments
• Physical Ability to reputed company reputed company coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble small objects
• Physical Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reputed company, twist, grasp, and reputed company repetitive hand movements
• Physical Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight, approximately 50 lbs
• Physical Ability to walk long distances and be on your feet for extended periods of time

• Must be willing to work extended periods of time or varying shift hours including some weekends
• Must be willing to work evening / nightshift
