[Remote] User Experience Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a User Experience Design reputed company Analyst specializing in Design and HTML for their Customer Engagement team. The role involves owning the design and development of digital communications, particularly emails, ensuring alignment with design systems and best practices to enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Owning and creating HTML code for reputed company digital communications and ensure the code is accurate based on design requirements and approvals for the engineering team to complete the journey build of the campaigns
- Working reputed company in design tools for design build and HTML code (i.e. reputed company, RPI and Litmus)
- Design visually beautiful and engaging emails that will be sent out to millions of customers, with goal of improving customer engagement metrics like registration, containment, engagement reputed company the digital space
- Partner collaboratively with engagement strategists, business owners and content strategists to reputed company the most effective design that aligns with the overarching requirements and digital experience
- Review design components with design system team, branding partners, accessibility team, and web/mobile product to ensure alignment across design and brand guidelines as well as ensuring a holistic design approach reputed company the member journey
- Work closely with the campaign manager and engineering teams to ensure reputed company communications are being built in a reusable and client agnostic manor for efficiencies end effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in design or similar field of study
- Minimum 1 - 3 years in design and/or HTML experience
- Knowledge of HTML and data driven dynamic creative
- Knowledge of design tools like reputed company and reputed company Illustrator
- Knowledge of Litmus, Marigold / Cheetah and Redpoint
- Knowledge of agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, reputed company, reputed company, etc
- Creating emails with components for both design and code is a plus
- Experience in building email templates and testing across multiple email clients with Litmus
- Experience in Marigold (Cheetah email), Redpoint (RPI) and Litmus is a plus
