Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience leading reputed company IT, ERP, or reputed company business system projects
- Experience directing cross-functional teams across regional, operating unit, or system-level initiatives
- Experience managing three or more reputed company projects with larger scope, budget, duration, or organizational impact
- Experience developing project work plans, communication plans, risk plans, and issue resolution strategies
- Proficiency in project management tools, standards, and PMI-reputed company methodology
- Ability to manage workflow redesign, metric development, measurement, and ROI analysis
- Ability to assign project tasks and reputed company Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and team deliverables
- Strong independent PM capability with ability to reputed company discussions focused and manage smaller projects without reputed company reputed company
- Experience with reputed company ERP or reputed company resource planning projects
- Experience in reputed company IT or large health system environments
- Experience with workforce management or business operations projects
- Experience supporting capital project tracking, reputed company projects, or Kronos project coding
- Ability to partner with Digital Portfolio Services, reputed company Business Systems, and operational stakeholders
