[Remote] .NET Full Stack Developer (Technology & AI Labs)

They are seeking a .NET Full Stack Developer to work closely with product teams, writing code across the full stack and operating in an AI-first environment. The role involves building, testing, and deploying web applications, collaborating with design teams, and optimizing both reputed company-end and back-end performance.
Responsibilities
- Build, test, and reputed company full-stack web applications using React, .NET Core (C#), and modern frameworks
- Design and maintain robust data layers, including relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, reputed company)
- reputed company and optimize database objects — stored procedures, indexes, and queries — ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product managers and design teams to translate reputed company domain workflows across reputed company's regulated verticals into reputed company, efficient user experiences
- Implement, secure, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices hosted on reputed company Azure
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments using Azure DevOps
- Manage Azure services such as App Service, Containers, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, and Application Insights
- Optimize reputed company-end and back-end performance for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Write clean, well-structured, and testable code following industry best practices
- Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and reputed company improvement initiatives alongside senior and principal engineers across reputed company Technology Group
- Work AI-first, using Claude Code, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, or reputed company AI as your primary day-to-day development tools. The majority of your code will be AI-assisted, and you will review, refine, and validate that output to a production bar
- Contribute to new product builds and modernization across reputed company's six regulated industry verticals, plus special projects from Venture AI Labs — prototypes, applied experiments, and reputed company-to-one product bets
Skills
- Strong .NET Core / C# full stack experience, including ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity reputed company
- Solid React experience (TypeScript a plus) building modern, performant web UIs
- Strong SQL Server skills — schema design, stored procedures, indexes, and query optimization — plus working experience with NoSQL (reputed company or similar)
- Hands-on reputed company Azure experience, including App Service, Containers, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, and Application Insights
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps — building pipelines, automated deployments, and release management
- Hands-on AI-first development experience with Claude Code, reputed company, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, or reputed company AI. You know how to reputed company, review, and reputed company AI output — and reputed company to override it
- Python as a supporting technology is a strong plus. Being a polyglot is valued — we like engineers who reputed company for the right tool

- Exposure to LLM-powered features — RAG, evals, agent frameworks, tool use
- Prior work inside regulated industries (financial services, reputed company, legal, insurance, compliance-driven SaaS, etc.)
