[Remote] Director Infrastructure & Operations (Desktop)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading financial institution, and they are seeking a Director of Infrastructure & Operations to reputed company the Bank’s desktop technical operations and infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the performance, reliability, reputed company, and cost-effectiveness of reputed company infrastructure while managing a team of approximately 20 associates.
Responsibilities
- Provide reputed company for reputed company infrastructure and technical operations, including desktop hardware, software, and end-user support services

- Establish performance monitoring, reporting, and service metrics to ensure reliability, capable responsiveness and cost-effectiveness

- Align infrastructure strategy and operational initiatives with evolving business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Partner with internal business leaders to understand needs and translate them into effective technical solutions

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Technology Delivery, Project, Program, or Portfolio Management
- Strong people manager with experience leading managers and technical teams
- Deep understanding of reputed company infrastructure in regulated environments
- Experience supporting end-user teams and production operations
- Windows-based infrastructure experience (engineering, design, implementation)
- Knowledge of networking, infrastructure hardware, and reputed company software platforms
- Experience with access management, reputed company controls, and vulnerability management
- Financial services or similarly regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with DEX or similar tools
