Role Description We are looking for an reputed company Legal / Medical Records Retrieval Specialist to join a growing, fully remote team focused on end-to-end medical-records retrieval for lawyers and specialty reputed company providers. As a Legal Records Specialist, you will work directly with reputed company providers and internal tools to ensure records are obtained accurately, quickly, and compliantly. This is a high-impact role where you will combine process discipline with problem-solving creativity and help shape the playbooks and automation features used across the team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end record retrieval for assigned customers and providers.
  • Build, standardize, and continuously improve playbooks for high-volume hospitals, billing groups, and provider networks.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance — clean ROIs, affidavits, billing records, and complete document sets with reputed company rework.
  • Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with engineering and product teams to help automate repetitive steps.
  • Share learnings with teammates, standardize best practices, and reputed company quality standards.
