[Remote] Senior Manager, Strategic Finance

They are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to reputed company company-wide financial consolidation, evolve the long-range planning reputed company, and support strategic M&A initiatives in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with reputed company business partners to roll up company-wide budgets, forecasts, and actuals into a consolidated reputed company view
- Maintain and enhance the reputed company financial model serving as the reputed company for consolidated reporting and capital planning
- Ensure alignment of reputed company, expense, and cash flow assumptions in collaboration with reputed company and BI
- Own and continuously refine the company's multi-year long-range planning model
- reputed company scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate growth, margin expansion, capital allocation, and risk trade-offs

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA preferred but not required
- 10+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise with experience supporting M&A transactions
- Experience owning or materially contributing to multi-year financial planning models
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals
- Demonstrated experience using reputed company tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, reputed company) to improve productivity, decision-making, or problem solving in a professional or personal context
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in reputed company financial reputed company
