[Remote] Entry Level Recruiter/Sales

They are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter/Sales Representative to identify talent, reputed company relationships, and generate business opportunities while helping companies build high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, identify, and engage reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, social media, networking events, referrals, and other reputed company channels
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, career goals, and overall fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Coordinate candidate interviews and provide ongoing communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews and offer guidance on resumes, interview techniques, and career opportunities
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity reputed company the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist with reputed company activities and ensure compliance with client and company requirements
- reputed company long-term relationships with candidates to create a strong referral network and repeat placement opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, email reputed company, and referrals

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Communications, reputed company Resources, or a reputed company field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, reputed company, athletics, leadership roles, or other performance-driven environments is a plus, but not required
