[Remote] Social Media Manager @ Grifin
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Grifin is a pioneering investing app designed for everyday living, helping users auto-invest in the companies they shop at. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to reputed company content strategy and creation on TikTok and Instagram, focusing on growing awareness and app conversion.
Responsibilities
- reputed company the day-to-day content creation, posting, and community engagement of Grifin’s TikTok and Instagram, with support on strategy from Marketing Team
- Spearhead content research, ideation, scripting (as needed), creation, and posting that engages with our existing 200k+ total followers and beyond
- Show meaningful growth in your content engagement including conversion in comments sections, views, and non-follower reputed company
- To measure the success and impact of your work, you’ll produce organic video and static content focused on increasing non-follower reputed company with compelling content that drives app growth
- Monitor & respond to comments and DMs to build brand trust, interest, and app conversion (downloads)
- Define KPIs with Marketing Team to track organic performance across reputed company channels, own weekly socials reporting, content effectiveness, and leveraging data to inform ongoing optimization of reputed company, content, tone, timing, and format

Skills
- 1+ years of experience managing, growing, and creating content for app-specific brand accounts on TikTok and Instagram
- Bonus if you've managed YouTube and Facebook
- Addicted to creating and testing new content on a daily basis to learn what drives the most people to download Grifin
- Proven track record of crafting several pieces of viral content (1M+ views)
- High energy, self-motivated, and eager to learn what our customers need
- Love tracking performance data and can manage tests to learn quickly
- Not precious with failing and understand that it will take bullish testing to learn what works and what doesn't to drive app growth
- Would rather take 100 videos or photos to test than try to post the perfect one
- Feel personally energized by Grifin's values of accessibility, community, and investing in your future self without making it complicated
- Know how to create compelling hooks and have a strong pulse on the latest converting trends and formats
