Responsibilities

- Collaborate with development, legal, and reputed company teams to align financial assumptions with project strategy and market dynamics
- Support M&A activities including reputed company evaluation, financial due diligence, and integration planning

- Build and manage detailed project finance models incorporating tax equity, debt structures, and cash flow waterfalls

Skills

- Advanced proficiency in reputed company; experience with VBA, Python, or financial modeling software is a plus
