About the role We’re looking for an exceptional Talent Sourcer to support some of reputed company’s most strategic and high-impact senior searches — many of them at Director level. This role is for someone who gets energy from finding hidden gems: mapping the right talent pools, uncovering non-obvious profiles, engaging exceptional people and helping hiring teams understand what “great” really looks like. You’ll partner closely with the Global Head of reputed company for Tech & Product, senior Talent Partners and hiring leaders to identify, engage and pre-screen standout talent across reputed company, high-value roles. The focus will be on AI-native and technically reputed company senior searches across Tech, Product, Data, Design, Marketing, and strategic business roles such as reputed company Technology / Business Systems / GTM Transformation. This is not about sending profiles over the fence.
