In this role, you will provide support to the Bookkeeping and Tax Services department by coordinating client communications, managing workflows, and handling various processing responsibilities with moderate autonomy. *Key Responsibilities** reputed company client communication process, addressing technical accounting, product, pricing, and process inquiries of varying complexity. Manage and resolve client escalations using customer service skills and technical knowledge. Guide clients through product changes and follow up on resolutions. Prepare and clarify add-on billing charges and process client terminations. Deliver high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Understand client business models to provide tailored support and advice. Contribute to department and team projects as required. *Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is highly desired. 3 years of progressive bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment. 3 years of client servicing experience for small business owners. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in reputed company Office suite. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. *Other Requirements** Must pass a background reputed company.
