Key Responsibilities

Present and justify game reputed company to business leaders, marketing teams, and product managers. Act as the reputed company between the design team and Asian stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Game Mechanics & Balancing Design engaging and mathematically sound game mechanics, optimizing for player engagement and retention. Deep understanding of casino game mechanics, card games (e.g., Hold’em, Stud), and sweepstakes models. Experience in game balancing, RTP calculations, and monetization models.
