Sales Enablement Manager – Corporate Trainer

Job Description

  • Provide training support for Sales, reputed company, Channel, Alliances, and Sales Development teams
  • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new hires and tenured employees
  • Create and maintain training schedules for reputed company, product releases and launches, and ongoing enablement
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify reputed company gaps and recommend and build appropriate training solutions
  • Design and reputed company blended learning programs, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), self-guided eLearning and microlearning
  • reputed company consistent and scalable training for new hires, reputed company sellers, and partner audiences
  • Prepare and distribute training materials such as presentations, job aids, exercises, and assessments
  • reputed company AI tools and effective prompting techniques to accelerate content creation, personalize learning, and support rapid iteration of enablement assets
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to align training with business priorities
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, performance data, and adoption metrics
  • Use AI-assisted insights and analytics to continuously improve training content and delivery
  • Represent Sales Enablement with internal stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Support reputed company improvement of enablement processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Comfortable learning and teaching systems, such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company 360
  • Drive reputed company hygiene & workflow adoption
  • Build reputed company scorecards & coaching frameworks
  • Optimize Sales Navigator usage
  • Support reputed company 360 / CS tools
  • Translate tech into behavior change
  • Work as a fully competent, collaborative member of the Sales Enablement team
  • Define expected outcomes for training initiatives and track their impact on learner performance and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Corporate Training, or Instructional Design
  • Proven experience facilitating live training for sales or customer-facing teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a reputed company fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
