[Remote] Startup Mentor to Healthcare Venture Capital Fund

The role of Startup Mentor involves providing strategic guidance to early-stage healthcare startups, helping founders navigate growth and operational execution.
Responsibilities
- Founder Mentorship: Serve as a trusted advisor to early-stage healthcare founders, offering practical guidance on company building, leadership, hiring, fundraising, and go-to-market strategy
- Strategic Growth Guidance: Help startups refine business models, validate product-market fit, and scale operations in complex healthcare markets
- Investment Insight: Provide perspective during investment evaluation on team strength, market opportunity, competitive positioning, and scalability
- Market & Industry Trends: Identify emerging trends in digital health, AI, value-based care, virtual care, and healthcare infrastructure to inform fund strategy
- Network Support: Introduce portfolio companies to potential customers, strategic partners, talent, and investors
- Venture Studio Collaboration: Support companies incubated through our venture studio from ideation through launch and early traction
Skills
- Experience as a founder, executive, or senior operator in digital health, healthcare technology, or venture-backed startups
- Track record of scaling companies, leading teams, or raising capital
- Strong understanding of startup growth dynamics and healthcare market complexity
- Passion for mentoring entrepreneurs and supporting early-stage innovation
- Interest in venture capital and long-term value creation
