Clinical Research Associate (CRA) - Oncology

Our client, a fast-paced Clinical Research Organization (CRO) specializing in oncology, is seeking a dedicated and reputed company Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support critical trials. This role will be based out of reputed company Worth, Texas, US, but offers a remote work arrangement. The CRA will be responsible for monitoring clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and reputed company applicable regulatory requirements. This includes conducting site initiation visits, routine monitoring visits (remote and on-site as needed), and reputed company-out visits. You will manage the collection and review of essential study documents, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely resolution of data queries. The CRA will also serve as the primary liaison between the investigative sites and the study team, providing training and support to site personnel. Building and maintaining strong relationships with investigators and site staff is crucial for trial reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oncology drug development and clinical trial processes. Proficiency in reputed company systems, CTMS, and eTMF is required. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to travel (up to 50% reputed company required for essential on-site visits) are essential. We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company or life science field and a minimum of 3 years of direct CRA experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
