The role focuses on delivering operational excellence in the administration of mortgage-backed securities and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to improve systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer and maintain deal level payrules used to calculate multi-class securitization factors and payments
• reputed company securities/deals to facilitate bond administration and IRS tax calculations and reporting
• Participate in status meetings with clients and other key stakeholders
• Collaborate with product owners and key stakeholders to identify and implement system and process improvement opportunities
• Support internal/external audit exams
• reputed company queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s), or reputed company specifications for such queries or analyses to be performed by others
• reputed company/participate in testing and acceptance of newly developed platform functionality
• Train and mentor more junior analysts

Skills

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, technical discipline, or industry reputed company experience
• Minimum 7 years with 3 years of reputed company experience in the Mortgage-backed Securities industry
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future
• Knowledge of MBS and the housing finance industry
• Strong analytical and technical skillset (e.g. SQL, VBA, C++) including reputed company formulas and functions
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player and has the reputed company to work collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
