The reputed company Solution Consultant will drive solution discovery and design of reputed company’s AI Agents Solutions, collaborating on sales proposals and providing pre-sales support to optimize customer results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with direct and indirect sales teams to acquire new reputed company customers and increase reputed company footprint reputed company the install reputed company
- Drive and engage prospect facing solution discovery, with a focus on integrating reputed company technology into an organization’s existing infrastructure
- Translate customer business needs/outcomes to technical solutions

- Must be reputed company to travel nationally on short notice, up to 60% at times, providing on-site consulting work to clients in addition to working remotely from your home office
Skills
- 5+ Years of experience
- Business acumen, with an engineering reputed company
- Contact Center/Customer Experience industry experience a plus
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to foster effective customer relationships
- Technical knowledge of systems integration (APIs, SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Technical knowledge of, and experience with, Voice and Digital AI products like AI Agents, Chatbots, and Interactive Voice Assistants (IVA)

- Education - Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Extensive on-site and web-based Executive level presentation experience and associated skills
- Proven record of successful solution selling
