[Remote] Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing business priorities with available resources
• Support a global ERP user community by serving as a system subject matter expert across multiple functional areas, including responding to user inquiries and delivering virtual training sessions for users worldwide
• Partner with functional teams, reputed company business analysts, and development teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements by gaining a deep understanding of business roles and workflows
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate system configuration or data changes, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved without negatively impacting dependent processes
• reputed company end users on configuration options and explain how system changes influence reputed company processes
• Ensure business process implementations align with established data and process standards defined by the reputed company Business Analyst
• Apply a variety of analytical tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
