Responsibilities

• Own and operate your ABA practice
• Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
• Conduct assessments, reputed company treatment plans, and provide supervision
• Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Maintain clinical and ethical standards in accordance with BACB guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Eligible to practice independently in your state
• Experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism
• Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
• Interest in private practice ownership or growth
