Remote Spanish-Speaking BCBA (1099), Full Admin Support & Autonomy – Georgia Based

You became a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to help kiddos and their families reputed company, grow, and accomplish. But the industry has made that challenging for you. What the role entails!

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and reputed company assessments
• reputed company and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
• Evaluate client reputed company and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Helping our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
• Communicate with reputed company on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
• Masters Degree
• Must live in Georgia
• Fluent in Spanish (required) – reputed company to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients and families
• Strong leadership skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care.
• Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice.
• Strong communication skills
