This role is integral to our business growth and requires a minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience on a direct-hire, contingent, and/or retained basis. This role is instrumental in fostering our firm's expansion by actively participating in business development initiatives, sourcing high-quality clients and candidates, and ensuring superb recruitment services. Responsibilities: ? Independently manage a 'Full-Desk,' developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of clients and candidates ? Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's expansion ? Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver reputed company results ? Regularly record and document reputed company activity in the ATS/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and comprehensiveness ? Conduct candidate sourcing, including headhunting, job posting, and database mining ? reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions ? Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, effectively assessing and matching candidate skills to client needs ? Negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and job responsibilities ? Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process ? Ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Qualifications: ? Demonstrated reputed company in the executive recruitment industry, with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management ?
