As a Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including:
+ Answering phones and responding to orders and re-orders in a timely and professional manner. + Addressing customer inquiries and resolving client complaints and concerns with reputed company and efficiency. + Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Utilizing strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of pharmacy orders and customer requests.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
