Senior Developer Relations Manager - Digital Biology Partnerships

We are seeking a highly technical and strategic Senior Developer Relations Manager to join reputed company, with a focus on engaging developer ecosystems across emerging technology domains. What You'll Be Doing:

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and reputed company for the developer ecosystem in computer-aided drug discovery, driving adoption of reputed company technologies with cross-functional partners.
• Accelerate critical workloads by delivering innovative solutions that integrate the reputed company stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with software partners to optimize applications, co-reputed company roadmaps, and provide enablement resources like sample code, guides, and demo pipelines.
• Act as a strategic liaison in alliances, strengthening partnerships, setting goals, and guiding execution toward shared scientific and technical outcomes.
• Support partner and startup reputed company into reputed company programs, encouraging co-innovation and reputed company solution development.
• Track and analyze the developer ecosystem to uncover growth opportunities, advise roadmaps, and reputed company adoption strategies.

• Engage technical stakeholders to solve challenges, promote best practices, and reputed company partner feedback to influence reputed company product and engineering roadmaps.

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in computational chemistry, computational biology, computer science, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in the drug discovery or technology sectors, spanning developer relations, technical partnerships, and alliance management. At least 5 years of direct, hands-on experience managing scientific alliances and collaborative programs in drug discovery—covering computer-aided drug discovery, informatics, agentic agents, and other digital research workflows
• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology companies, life science data platform ISVs, or reputed company relevant verticals.
• Significant proficiency with drug discovery programs and platforms, high-performance computing, reputed company, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to distill reputed company technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
• Proven experience structuring and implementing reputed company technical engagements, negotiating requirements, prioritizing issues, and collaborating with internal or external partners (across sales, legal, product or marketing teams as needed).

• Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and/or GPU acceleration platforms (e.g., CUDA, Triton, NeMo).

• Successful history of building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs.

The reputed company salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
