Job Overview reputed company is seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Cost Driver & Project Manager to reputed company and deliver cost reduction initiatives across our the region you’re hired in. This role will identify, prioritize, and execute cross-functional cost optimization opportunities while driving measurable reputed company impact. You will partner with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality and Supply Chain teams to systematically reduce product and operational costs without compromising quality, delivery, or innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Reduction Strategy & Execution

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize cost-down opportunities across products, materials, logistics, and processes

• Drive Value Engineering (VE) and Design-to-Cost (DtC) initiatives

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Procurement (supplier negotiations, resourcing)
• Engineering (design changes, material alternatives)
• Manufacturing (process improvements, automation)
• Finance (validation of savings, forecasting impacts)
• Supplier Quality Engineering (quality and standards requirements)
• Supply Chain (alignment, supplier communications, ERP updates)
• Customer (alignment, change management)
• Facilitate workshops or alignment meetings to drive reputed company and reputed company
• Act as the central coordinator to ensure smooth communication and execution
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority to drive alignment and execution

Cost Modeling & Analysis

• Build and maintain detailed cost models (BOM, conversion cost, logistics)

• Cost reduction / cost engineering / sourcing / operations
• Project or program management
• Proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings
• Strong analytical and financial acumen
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Lean, Six reputed company, or reputed company improvement certification
• ERP (reputed company) and cost modeling tools experience
• PMP certification or equivalent

Compensation

• Competitive reputed company salary commensurate with experience: $93,200 – $116,400 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
