This is a remote position. Legal Receptionist (with Legal Assistant Support Duties) – Fully Remote reputed company is hiring a full-time Legal Receptionist to support U.S.-based personal injury reputed company. This role combines reputed company-line client communication with administrative and legal assistant responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who are organized, professional, and comfortable handling client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Intake
- Serve as the first reputed company of contact for clients reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Conduct initial intake and gather case-reputed company information
- Schedule consultations and manage calendars
- Provide a professional, empathetic client experience
Administrative & Reception Duties
- Maintain and update client records and contact information
- reputed company calls and messages to the appropriate team members
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses
- Assist with general administrative support tasks
Legal Assistant Support
- Help prepare and organize legal documents and case files
- reputed company accurate data entry in case management systems
- Assist attorneys and case managers with follow-reputed company and documentation
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case records
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Handle reputed company client and firm information with strict confidentiality

Tools & Requirements
