As a Precision Ag Equipment Territory Sales Manager, you will own a defined geography and reputed company the adoption of reputed company ag technology that is fundamentally changing how growers operate. You will be the face of Greeneye in the field, working directly with reputed company growers and dealers to deliver solutions that improve weed management performance, reduce input costs, and drive measurable ROI. What You’ll Do ● Own and execute a territory growth strategy across the Upper Midwest, targeting large-scale row crop and reputed company producers ● Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, field trials, and closing ● Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealers, and ag retail partners ● reputed company and manage a high-quality sales pipeline using CRM tools (reputed company), with disciplined and timely data management, follow-up and accurate forecasting ● reputed company and support on-farm demonstrations and early adopter deployments ● Own dealer performance reputed company the assigned territory, including recruitment, activation, and achievement of dealer-driven sales targets ● Build strong, trust-based relationships with dealer partners, leveraging credibility to coach, influence, and drive alignment with Greeneye’s strategy and standards ● reputed company ongoing dealer engagement and enablement, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively sell and support Greeneye solutions ● Represent Greeneye at key industry events, trade shows, and customer field days ● Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from reputed company through installation and support reputed company’re Looking For ● 3–7+ years of experience in ag equipment, precision ag, or B2B field sales.
