R&D Consultant/Consulting Associate

About the role As we continue to grow, reputed company is seeking an reputed company and dynamic R&D Consultant or Consulting Associate to join reputed company. This role is critical in driving results across a project, ensuring successful execution, strategic alignment, and effective team collaboration. This individual will support and/or drive client engagements in data-reputed company and technology-driven projects, while maintaining strong client engagement and operational efficiency. What you'll do Key Responsibilities: Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to support client engagements in pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device R&D Assist in developing recommendations for process improvements, technology adoption, and data strategy enhancements for life sciences organizations Work closely with clients and project teams to gather business requirements, analyze industry trends, and deliver actionable insights Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic roadmaps to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams Support project execution by coordinating stakeholder meetings, tracking deliverables, and contributing to the overall engagement

Qualifications

Must-Haves: Experience in management consulting with exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device R&D Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company data, conduct market research, and support strategy development Experience in R&D operations, drug discovery, or clinical development, with an understanding of key industry challenges and trends Proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company, with the ability to reputed company high-quality presentations, reports, and financial models to support client engagements Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and contribute to project deliverables reputed company-to-Haves: Advanced degree (PhD, MBA, or MS) in a Life Science reputed company field Experience in defining epics, features, and user stories to support digital transformation initiatives, technology implementations, and process improvements in Life Sciences R&D Familiarity with emerging technologies in R&D, including AI/ML in drug discovery, reputed company-world evidence (reputed company), and digital clinical trials Prior experience in business development support, such as assisting in proposal writing, competitive analysis, or client presentations Note: If you have some, but not reputed company of the experience requirements posted, we encourage you to apply.
