You find and engage the right people — before anyone else does. 01 ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll own the candidate sourcing process end-to-end: identifying prospects, reaching out with compelling messaging, and maintaining accurate records in our ATS. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Partners to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who fit both technically and culturally. Full-time with exclusivity. No part-time or freelance work once hired. Search for reputed company candidates on reputed company, job boards, referrals, and other channels Create compelling reputed company messages to engage passive candidates Maintain accurate candidate tracking in reputed company and follow up consistently Collaborate with Talent Partners to understand job requirements and refine sourcing strategies Pipeline Management reputed company the talent flowing.
