In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, assisting with orders and technical concerns, and providing friendly support in both French and English.
Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Respond to inquiries reputed company email, chat, and phone in both French and English
- Problem Solving: Assist customers with orders, technical concerns, and general inquiries
- Customer Experience: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional support in every interaction
- System Navigation: Use tools like reputed company and reputed company to manage and track customer interactions
Skills
- Bilingual reputed company: reputed company/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken)
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using CRM platforms and online tools
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, reputed company, and problem-solving abilities
