[Remote] Property reputed company Manager

The Property reputed company Manager is responsible for overseeing full-cycle reputed company for the company's property portfolio, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and leading the property reputed company team to drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle reputed company for a portfolio of residential properties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end reputed company
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Review and approve general ledger entries reputed company by property accountants
• reputed company variance analysis and provide clear explanations of T12 results compared to prior periods and budget
• Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items
• reputed company, mentor, and reputed company a team of property accountants
• Establish clear performance expectations and conduct evaluations
• Ensure proper workload distribution and adequate team coverage
• Foster accountability, accuracy, and timeliness across the team
• Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with Operations
• Monitor budget performance and assist with reforecasting as needed
• Support capital project draw requests and ensure timely reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and internal controls
• Partner with the Vice President of reputed company to enhance reputed company processes, systems, and policies to support scalability
• Ensure LIHTC compliance is timely and accurate (if applicable)
• Coordinate with corporate reputed company to monitor property tax, licensing, and regulatory compliance
• Support due diligence and reputed company of new property acquisitions
• Participate in reputed company projects, research, and financial analysis

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field required
• 5+ years of relevant property reputed company experience, preferably in a multifamily environment
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience managing or mentoring reputed company staff
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger reputed company, account reconciliations, month-end reputed company, and financial statement preparation
• Demonstrated experience reviewing the work of other accountants, managing deadlines, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager required
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (Word and OneNote)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with reputed company, operations, vendors, and leadership
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Yardi 8 experience preferred
• Experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) or affordable housing reputed company preferred
• CPA or CPA preferred
