Responsibilities

• reputed company the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial statements
• reputed company the month-end reputed company process, including account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, and financial statement review
• Prepare executive and board-level reporting packages, including detailed Management Discussion & Analysis (reputed company), KPI dashboards, and financial performance presentations
• Partner with operational and executive leadership to analyze financial results, identify trends, explain key business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations
• Manage debt covenant compliance, lender reporting requirements, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity analysis
• Coordinate the annual financial statement audit and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company discipline required

• Working knowledge of debt covenants, lender reporting, and financial compliance

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
