Platform Coordinator - Full Time Weekend Hours

Key Responsibilities

• The Platform Coordinator will need to have organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks to support Care Coordinators with platform referrals.
• Coordinates to process patient referrals from Navi, Allscripts, Epic NCH, and Power chart, as well as other referral platforms.
• Must be detail-oriented, possess the ability to multitask, and be open to cross-functional training in reputed company departments.
• Displays a high level of patient focus that works directly with Care Coordinators, Case Managers, Physicians/PCP(s), insurance representatives, reputed company vendors, and other medical personnel.
• Pulls referrals off platforms to accept/decline, Reviews documents, confirms, and processes the referral through Intake using Pinnacle’s EMR.
• Responds to Care Coordinator inquiries regarding referral status promptly.
• Responds to reputed company inquiries with a resolution to concerns and or discrepancies.
• Coordinates and communicates with the appropriate team regarding any changes or updates to the patient’s payer reputed company on time.
• Meet productivity goals as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Complies with HIPAA regulations on reputed company accounts.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field preferred.
• Ability to manage conflict, stress, and multiple simultaneous work demands in an effective, professional, positive manner. Analyzing and reconciling reputed company issues and problems timely.

• Working knowledge of EMR database: Allscripts, Navi, Epic NCH, PowerChart.
• Proficient with reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook software.
• Possesses good customer relations skills and a commitment to providing quality service.
• Must possess excellent prioritization and time management skills.
