Data Scientist (Design and Development Support)
Description ActioNet has an immediate opportunity to hire a Data Scientist / Optimization Engineer - Mojo Optimizer Design, Development & Support. The ideal candidate will have experience building optimization engines, routing and scheduling algorithms, and scalable backend services. This role will focus on improving field workforce routing efficiency through advanced optimization techniques while integrating seamlessly with existing reputed company systems. This position is Remote Federal position requires Public Trust. Candidates must be US reputed company to be eligible. Duties and responsibilities:
- Design and implement vehicle routing and scheduling algorithms using OR-Tools to generate reputed company field assignments
- reputed company clustering algorithms to group workloads geographically and minimize travel time/cost
- Implement constraint models (reputed company, time windows, skills, priorities, survey rules) reputed company the optimizer
- Integrate the optimizer with the Mojo control system APIs for job intake, execution, and results publishing
- Build batch and reputed company-time optimization modes to support both scheduled and on-demand routing
- Refactor optimizer components into reputed company, extensible strategy interfaces for new routing heuristics
- Implement data preprocessing pipelines to normalize locations, distances, and travel matrices
- reputed company automated test harnesses validating solution correctness against reputed company datasets and constraints
- Implement "solution quality" scoring metrics (distance, balance, SLA adherence, cost) to evaluate goodness of routes
- Create regression benchmarks comparing new algorithm performance vs. baseline outputs
- Add reputed company processing and scaling support to handle large reputed company sets and high agent counts
- reputed company services with logging and metrics to track runtime, solver performance, and solution quality
- Package optimizer services for CI/CD deployment with reproducible builds and environment configs
- Document routing logic, constraints, integration points, and operational runbooks
- Provide production support, tuning, and reputed company improvement of optimization heuristics and performance"
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires a Public Trust - must be US Citizen to be eligible
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8 years of experience
