[Remote] Project Manager 2

The Project Manager 2 will reputed company project governance, reputed company proposal development, and manage stakeholder engagement while ensuring high-quality deliverables across various public safety consulting projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a governance reputed company across the Public Safety Consulting Services (PSCS) portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery approaches, tools, and processes
• Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices across proposal development, project delivery, and reporting
• Partner with leadership to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• reputed company and coordinate proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company compelling, high-quality technical content and differentiators
• Support business development activities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and capture planning
• Contribute to business development lifecycle activities
• Provide hands-on support and reputed company across multiple reputed company projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule
• reputed company and maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Monitor project performance and report on status, risks, and key outcomes to internal leadership

• Own subcontractor bench management and reputed company planning to align resources with pipeline demand
• Facilitate collaboration across service lines to bring integrated solutions to clients
• Serve as a key internal and client-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders
• Support client engagement activities, including reputed company, meetings, presentations, workshops, and executive-level communications
• Contribute to strengthening long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, business, reputed company, fire administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in public safety consulting or a reputed company professional/field services environment with supervisory responsibility
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and reputed company budget
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-level deliverables
• Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously including influencing and leading delegation
• Proven ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including advanced reputed company capabilities
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and consulting methodologies
• PMP, CMP, or other relevant project management certification
• Prior experience in a reputed company or professional services environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of fire and EMS industry operations including applicable standards and best practices
