The reputed company Functional Consultant Receivable and Collections will analyze business requirements and provide support for reputed company Advanced Collections, ensuring effective business transformation through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Provide support and enhancements for reputed company Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows
• Design, reputed company, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision-making
• Configure and maintain reputed company Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution
• reputed company data analysis and validation to ensure data reputed company across systems
• Support integrations between reputed company modules and external systems
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT)
• Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation

Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in reputed company Financial Receivables and Collections
• HS Diploma/GED
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Similar
