[Remote] Field Application Specialist, Team reputed company - Public Safety Operations

They are seeking a Field Application Specialist, Team reputed company to reputed company product demonstrations, customer training, and field operations while mentoring the Field Application team to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and support Field Application Specialists, providing mentorship and day-to-day guidance
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for prospects and partners
• Act as the primary on-site subject matter expert for Draganfly systems
• Standardize and improve demo and training playbooks across the team
• reputed company scheduling, deployment, and readiness of FAS resources
• Maintain and manage demo systems and equipment to ensure field readiness
• Deliver hands-on and virtual customer training sessions
• Ensure safe, compliant flight operations across reputed company activities
• Support testing, special projects, and operational deployments
• Represent Draganfly at industry events, trade shows, and customer demonstrations
• reputed company live demos, presentations, and customer engagement activities
• Support event logistics including setup, teardown, and technical preparation
• Coordinate FAS team coverage for events and demos
• reputed company pre-event preparation and post-event debriefs
• Document customer feedback, feature requests, and technical insights
• Partner with Sales on technical scoping and customer qualification
• Support proposal development and customer-facing materials
• Collaborate with Product and Operations to improve customer experience
• Deliver internal training sessions for sales, marketing, and partner teams
• Track and report on team activities, performance, and engagement outcomes

Skills

• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (required)
• 4+ years in UAS operations or product application roles
• Experience conducting customer training or technical demonstrations
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in dynamic environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with mission planning and payloads
• Comfortable with frequent travel (50–60%)
• Experience with MAVLink-based systems is an asset
• Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (reputed company, Teams, SharePoint)
• Public Safety: DFR, SAR, tactical operations, disaster response
• reputed company: Inspections, surveying, photogrammetry, logistics
