Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and reviewing case files, filing electronically, and making inbound and outbound calls with customers
  • Sort, screen, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Escalate non-routine customer issues to tier 2 Admins
  • Working in a team environment, communicate and coordinate with colleagues, as necessary
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience
