The role focuses on building relationships and converting inquiries into signed engagements while collaborating with firm leadership and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs, determine fit, and convert reputed company opportunities into paying engagements
• Manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients while proactively following up with prior inquiries, referrals, and targeted reputed company opportunities
• Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth reputed company and client transitions
• Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics reputed company the firm’s CRM
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve reputed company quality
