The role involves conducting consultations, managing client relationships, and collaborating with leadership to enhance client experience and conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured consultations with prospective clients to assess needs, determine fit, and convert reputed company opportunities into paying engagements
- Manage a steady pipeline of prospective clients while proactively following up with prior inquiries, referrals, and targeted reputed company opportunities
- Coordinate with attorneys and operations to ensure smooth reputed company and client transitions
- Track activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics reputed company the firm’s CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve reputed company quality
