Responsibilities

• The Marketing Leadership Development Program is an 8-12-month program designed to reputed company key skills and experience that will reputed company to a Marketing/Sales position in our Performance Coatings Group, supporting one of our technical divisions
• Become affluent in various marketing disciplines to promote business growth and customer reputed company
• Build knowledge and understanding of reputed company marketing process, business operations, paint products, market segments, customers, and go-to-market strategy
• reputed company at communications and digital marketing to promote product reputed company in our markets
• Professional networking opportunities to build cross-functional partnerships
• Following completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply for a post-program promotion on the Marketing/Sales track, including but not limited to Marketing Specialist, Product Analyst, Communications Specialist, Sales Representative

Skills

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program in June
• GPA of 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale
• Previous experience in marketing, sales and/or customer service obtained through reputed company work experience or internships
• Must be open to relocation based on business need for this position, and again for post program position and promotional opportunities
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Must have at least (1) year of work experience using reputed company Office Products (e.g. Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, Teams, and/or Outlook)
• Must be willing to travel as required for this position
• Have a bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or Marketing
• Have at least one (1) year of prior work experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Operations, or Management
• Have prior experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc
