Responsibilities

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product delivery, Agile coaching, business operations, or digital transformation
  • Proven reputed company leading large-scale value streams or program increments across multiple squads
  • Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational influencing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across reputed company levels of the organization
  • Ability to challenge the status reputed company or legacy structures to unlock new ways of working through clarity, courage, and curiosity
  • Superpowers in Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Product operations and OKR/KPIs
